Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
A recent project brought new life to both the kitchen and bathroom of a family home, blending style and functionality to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
2507 30th Avenue, San Francisco, CA.
Kitchen Remodel
The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, starting with the removal of outdated cabinetry and appliances. In their place, custom-made cabinets with soft-close features were installed, paired with quartz countertops and a subway tile backsplash for a timeless look. The addition of a center island with a built-in sink and extra seating created a functional hub for cooking and entertaining. Stainless steel appliances and under-cabinet lighting added modern flair, while a reconfigured layout improved the flow of the space.
Bathroom Remodel
The bathroom redesign focused on luxury and efficiency. A compact yet elegant double vanity with marble countertops provided added storage and sophistication. The centerpiece of the space is a frameless walk-in shower with intricate tile work and a rainfall showerhead, delivering a spa-like experience. For added warmth, heated tile flooring was installed, complementing the neutral, calming color palette chosen for the room.
The Impact
The remodeled spaces not only improved daily living for the family but also significantly increased the home’s value. The kitchen is now a modern, inviting area for gatherings, while the bathroom provides a serene retreat for relaxation.
